A facelift was in order for this lovely Brighton NY Tudor style home. Quite a bit of scraping was needed to restore the surfaces. Some rotten boards and a damaged windowsill were also replaced in the process.

The owners of this Rochester Park Ave area home went with a bold color choice! Many of the old cedar shingles were weathered beyond repair and had to be replaced.
